Do you offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items
purchased at our online store. Customers may mail back an item for a
refund, within 15 days of receipt, without any questions asked. Items
must be returned in their original packing and should be unused.

No, we do not charge any sales tax from our customers. |

ship out?
Orders are shipped within one business day of the order placement, unless
otherwise stated on the item page or if the item is on back order. If
any item is on back order, customers
are informed within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. |
Where do you ship
from?
All Pashmina, Cashmere and Apparel items are shipped from our
warehouse in North Carolina, USA. All other items may be shipped from either our Indian or Canadian
warehouses, depending on availability.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends. Also,

- FedEx Priority International - Delivery in 3 to 5
Business Days (Tracking is Available; Custom Clearance charges
are charged by FedEx, in addition to duties and taxes charged by the customs
department of the destination country).
We ship our products to most major countries of the world. Custom Duty
and other Taxes may be payable by international customers in their
country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs department

Do you
offer tacking information for order?
Yes, we do. Once an order is shipped an email with the FedEx tracking
number is sent to each customer. All you have to do is to click on
this numbered link and it will direct you to the tracking details on the
FedEx
site.
International orders shipped by US Postal Service cannot be tracked.

Do you offer gift wrap & gift card services?
We offer both these services. To have your order gift wrapped, please
select the gift wrapping option at the time of check out. The gift
wrapping charge is $5.00 per item. Customers can also include a
gift message with the gift wrapping option. These gift messages are written on beautiful gift cards.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Customers can order one or more
Gift Certificates
worth $25 each from our
website. These certificates are emailed to the recipient within one business
day of the order placement.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed by the recipients at this website
for the value purchased. Please enter the gift certificate number on the
billing page, in the field marked "Coupon Code/Promotional Code".
Multiple gift certificate numbers may be entered by separating each number
by a space.

What is your return & exchange
policy?
Customers may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
There is no re-stocking fees.
Extended Exchange Period for Christmas:
For orders placed between Nov 1st and Dec 24th of any year customers can
mail the items back to us for an exchange till January 7th of the following
year. This
extension is applicable only to exchanges, and not to returns for a refund.
When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return.
Please also insure your return package. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit
will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. For
exchanges, customers are charged a second time shipping cost, based on the
number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested.
